Tasting session

[Chef's special 17,000 yen one-plate tasting] You can sample the chef's signature dish, which combines local vegetables purchased by the chef himself with the finest ingredients, for free. On the day of the ceremony, we can make an original dish using vegetables grown by your grandmother or according to your request.

Try-on session
